Kirsty and Brittany of K&B Design have transformed the wall in Great Colman Street with the addition of their ‘youth mural’ – designed by Wild Walls participants during the summer workshops.

Their signature use of bright colours make the elements of the mural ‘pop!’ against the black background. A letter in a bottle, peace sign, flowers and butterfly all feature in the design, finished with the text ‘A place to be yourself’.

“We worked with some young people in workshops to get their ideas… we really wanted to get their opinions, so we weren’t just doing something at them….(and) its been nice to get out of London – obviously London gets a lot of attention and artwork…People are intrigued to see the end result.”
